Our Story

Once Upon a Time...

Once upon a time in 2003, with a toddler by my side, I sold my first homemade caramel apples at the popular Anchorage downtown market. The caramel, made in a large copper pot, became instantly popular. We stirred and we dipped and we sliced and we served. People fell in love.

In 2011, I began selling the caramel sauce in jars, and the introduction of Alaska sea salted caramel candy in 2014 created a cottage industry destined for greatness.

Twenty years have passed from that simple beginning. Now we proudly announce that this sweet business is graduating to a commercial kitchen with exciting industrial Willie Wonka-like equipment!

And the toddler? She's now graduated from college!

Peace. Enjoy. Thank You.
